2 x 1.5 hour progressive skills sessions focussing on the fundamentals of mountain biking.
Position & Balance (stability, range of movement, climbing & descending position); Operations of Control (efficiency, cadence, speed control, when and how to brake); and Terrain Awareness (aids with line choice, speed control)
Sundays 10 – 11:30m 2 consecutive weeks
