Bike Craft is an AdventureMark Safety Audit Certified Operator. Rider safety is paramount to us and as such we have strict health and safety procedures in place for your protection. Mountain Biking is like any outdoor activity and involves risks, dangers and hazards, and as such injuries are an ordinary occurence of particpating in this sport.

Covid-19

COVID 19: We will be operating under Alert Level 2: Rest assured that Bike Craft will be taking safety precautions in all our sessions conducted under Level 2 restrictions. We will be vigilant on social distancing of 2 metres, which is easy for us to enforce as mountain biking takes place in the great outdoors. Group numbers are limited to no greater than 10 riders. No sharing of drink bottles or food amongst riders is permitted. Staff will carry hand sanitiser for participants use. Any rider or staff member showing any sign of illness will not be permitted to attend the session.
