2 x 2 hour progressive skills sessions focusing on the fundamentals of mountain biking. Nail some basic techniques and make your riding a whole lot more fun.
Session 1: Identify areas of improvement in body position and braking technique and remedy them. Session 2: Apply new techniques and build on them further. The focus will be on Position & Balance (stability, range of movement, climbing & descending position); Operations of Control (efficiency, cadence, speed control, when and how to brake); and Terrain Awareness (aids with line choice, speed control)
On request - get a group of friends together and freshen up your MTB skills.
Please note that we need a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. To ensure quality of sessions, groups are limited to a maximum of 6 riders.
