
2 x 2 hour progressive skills sessions focusing on the fundamentals of mountain biking.
Beginner Level and Intermediate Level
Position & Balance (stability, range of movement, climbing & descending position); Operations of Control (gear efficiency, cadence, speed control, when and how to brake); and Terrain Awareness (aids with line choice, decision making and speed control)
On request - get a group of friends together and freshen up your MTB skills
Please note that we need a minimum of 3 people to go ahead. To ensure quality of the sessions groups are limited to a maximum of 6 riders.
